Offer more then a 30 day warranty with out having to pay for it. You list it built strong but does not even work after 4 months. Watch tries going to shut down on it own but will not shut down. Sport button does not work The free knife broke after 1 use blade flipped back past the stop because the outer casing was so loose.

Well, for starters you could approve by answering email messages that are sent to ya concerning something that went wrong! One of the pins on your charging cable is shit dicked and will not charge the watch! One of the charging pins hasn't its spring action and no longer will no longer stay up allowing the watch to charge. I written 3 emails about the situation & have recieved ZERO communication back pertaining to the situation. This is my last îtime I will try to have this rectified. If I still recieve zero resolution then I'll probably turn to buy a Garmen & watch. Here's hoping to a propor by resolution to this endeavor. Thank you for your time in hearing my pronlem witt b/

I bought this for my son, and he loves it! The instructions are a little difficult to decipher, but it's full of cool little gadgets. Compass/fire starter/whistle/paracord band. I bought this product mainly to hang on my ski patrol backpack. I like the fact that it is waterproof. I found the strap and clip to be very durable. I can see everything easily. I really like analog and digital time. I kept the band size bigger so I can wear it on the ski jacket. If it is lost, I will definitely buy it again.
I bought this watch hoping it was going to be well made. I’ve only had it for a week & it seems to be made well. I heard through other buyers that the compass wasn’t correct but that could just be their watch. I heard that if you want true North, set the needle to East then it will be right. I love the look and the feel of the cord bracelet! For the price I think it’s a good buy! I just need to learn how to set it!!!

I ordered this watch for my husband, I ordered a black watch but a green watch came instead. I am waiting on customer service to send a black watch. There is nothing wrong with the green, it's just a preference to have the black one.. My husband likes the paracord and likes that it can be useful on hunting and camping trips. It's a good outdoor watch that's waterproof.
I ordered two for me and my son in the USAF. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive due to USPS being so busy with the holidays. The watch band is big for my wrist, so I had to undue the paracord and snip/adjust the Velcro to fit.. then rewrap the cord. Overall cool watch to have

The watch came with some really cool feature, I really like the scraper because you can start a fire with it. Also I like whistle that has attach to it.
