I depend on my smartwatch every day, and this one performs extremely well. This is my third AlphaGear watch, and I was already impressed by the Echo for its mix of toughness and looks, but the Echo 2 really surprised me. Big screen, durable, stylish, not as bulky as the others I own… honestly one of the best watches I’ve bought in this price range. Amazing design.
The watch boasts amazing hardware. Though composed of rubber and plastic, the watch is comfortable and light-weight. Bright watch face, decent touch-sensitive screen. I enjoy working in my field. Three months with it and fantastic. Using this watch, a truck driver never runs low in battery life.
My watch showed up in about 10 days. USPS delayed it a bit because of a hurricane or something similar, but customer support stayed on top of it and kept me updated until it arrived. I really like the design—been wearing it for a month and no complaints so far. It may not be the absolute best watch I own, but for the price and the service, it’s honestly a solid choice. Plus, it comes with an extra band, which is a nice bonus.
When my Alphagear watch arrived, I could immediately tell it was solid and well-made. Setting it up and pairing it with my phone took just a couple of minutes. It includes several useful features like wellness tracking, weather updates, and notifications from Facebook, Instagram, texts, and chats. I’m shocked that after 7 days of use, the battery is still at 50%, and it didn’t even arrive fully charged. Easily one of the best watches I’ve purchased for the price. It includes an extra band—both black but different styles. So far, it’s performing great. You can take calls and even reply to messages using the built-in voice assistant. Definitely recommend it.
This watch has matched every expectation I had. Even after dealing with grinding, welding sparks, hot and cold water, and getting hit by rocks, steel, and other debris at work, it keeps running without a scratch. It’s been through more than most watches ever will and still works flawlessly. Definitely recommend it if you need something that won’t get damaged easily.
I bought the Echo PRO last year, and now I added the Echo to my collection! AlphaGear has proven to be better than several big-name brands I’ve tried. Don’t get me wrong—my Garmin is great, but it cost me over $500. These guys offer awesome designs for under $100, and every model I’ve tried has been dependable. I use mine daily and rarely take it off. The wrist-calling feature has been super helpful when I go jogging with GPS. After several weeks using it, I can say it’s a great product. Well done!
As someone who works with his hands all day, I can say this watch is a solid deal. The on-wrist calling feature and the option to switch bands make it even better. You could get similar quality from Samsung, but you’d pay $350 or more… I’d rather get it here. Props to the team—excellent job.
The watch should not disconnect other Bluetooth devices and have all of the sound goes through the watch. The watch is not and should not be a wrist worn speaker. If you use your phone to make phone calls or listen to music, using earbuds the watch or consistently shut the earbuds off, and all the audio will come through the watch. When you’re on important business calls, you shouldn’t have to consistently fight the watch. I have the audio going through your phone or your earbuds.
The watch has fantastic gear. Although made of plastic and rubber, the watch is lightweight and comfy. Colorful watch face, good touch-sensitive screen. I love my job. Three months with it and it's great. A truck driver never runs out of battery juice with this watch.
I had to contact USPS to get my lost box back, thus I can only give it three stars due to delivery concerns. Even though the merchandise was fine and the customer support reps gave me the info I needed, the wrong address was given for delivery.
