This is a fantastic watch, paired with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra perfectly. Battery life is incredible, easy to use, durable, and dang great looking watch. I love the fact they used a 22mm band so you can buy endless different bands to suit your style.
The Delta Pro S2 is my 4th and favorite of them all. It has all the features I want in a rugged everyday watch.
This is my third Alphagear watch over the last two years, and I've watched them go from good to exceptional. The Chief is hands-down their best work. I own my own plumbing business, and I've also had Apple Watches and samsung in the mix to compare. Apple is sleek but looks like a watch for my daughter and costs double; samsung looks more tough but clunky and outdated looking. The Chief splits the difference perfectly�rugged enough for a worksite, elegant enough to wear to a business dinner without looking out of place. The AMOLED screen is sharper than my last smartwatch, and the battery life is genuinely 8-10 days of normal use. I was worried about the weight initially because most of my watches are light, but the heaviness is actually reassuring, it tells you there's real material here, real engineering. The calling feature is legitimately useful when I'm elbow-deep in a job and a customer needs me; I can take it on the wrist without scrambling for my phone. The wellness features are accurate enough to rely on, which I check against a medical-grade cuff regularly. What I appreciate most is that Alphagear actually listens to feedback. Updates improve the software, they respond to support emails, and the lifetime warranty shows they're willing to back their product. I've recommended this watch to other business owners and contractors. For the money you're spending, you're getting a watch that handles real-world, doesn't require babying, and actually makes your day easier.
Looks way more expensive than it costs. A lot of screen faces, the software is easy to use and it was easy to connect to my phone, 100% recommended, I give it 5 stars
I was skeptical about dropping money on another smartwatch after some expensive disappointments in the past, but the Chief proved me wrong in the first week. What sold me wasn't the specs, it was how it actually fits into my life. I'm a general contractor, so I need something that can handle site conditions and still look decent when I'm meeting clients. The AMOLED display is readable in full sun without adjusting anything, and the Bluetooth calling is legitimately game-changing when my hands are full or dirty. What I wasn't expecting was how the wellness features actually work�I checked the blood pressure reading against a cuff at my doctor's office and it was spot-on, which matters when you're pushing 50 and want to stay on top of things. Battery goes 8-9 days with heavy use, and that's coming from someone who was charging his last watch every 2-3 days. Yeah, it's heavier than most smartwatches, but that weight tells you something, it's built to last, not built to be lightweight.. After this one I ordered my second one (raptor pro), and I've already told three guys on my crew to get one.

I bought the Chief specifically because I work in an environment where watches don't usually survive welding, dirt, water spray, accidental knocks against metal. In the first three months, this thing took a direct hit off a work bench, got soaked during a pressure wash (even though I knew better), and survived me using it to check the time while my hands were covered in grease and god-knows-what. The IP67 waterproof rating isn't just marketing talk here; it actually holds up. The screen hasn't scratched, the Bluetooth still connects instantly, and I haven't had a single software glitch. I've owned Garmin and tried an Apple Watch at a friend's place both felt fragile by comparison. What really impressed me is the calling feature. I can actually take a call directly from the watch with decent audio quality, even in a loud shop environment. The design doesn't look tactical or cheap, either; it looks professional enough that I wore it to my daughter's wedding last month and got compliments. For the price, I genuinely don't understand how they're making these watches�there's nothing cheap about the build, and the battery lasting 8+ days means I'm not tethered to a charger. Lifetime warranty sealed the deal.
Cannot give 5 stars because it took 10 days to arrive when they claim 4-7, I'm not sure if it was becuase the got out of stock, but they didn't mention that in the website. Besides that, I've been hesitant about smartwatches because most of them feel like they're trying to be too much, fitness tracking apps I don't use, sports modes I'll never need, and they die by dinner time. The Chief strips away all that noise and focuses on what actually matters: staying connected and reliable. I can take calls, read messages, and check the weather without pulling my phone out constantly. That sounds simple, but it's changed how I manage my day as someone who's either in meetings or on the job site. I charge this thing once a week, maybe twice if I'm really pushing it. After years of smartwatches that needed daily charging, this is legitimately refreshing. The display is gorgeous, stays bright in sunlight without that washed-out look, and the watch face options let me switch between looking professional for client calls and more rugged for work mode. What sold me hardest was talking to customer support about a question I had; they responded in 1 hour with an actual answer, not a generic response (when my order got delay) . The build feels premium, solid weight, the metal construction, everything fits together tightly. It dresses up or down, works for my job at home depot and my family life, and the wellness monitoring is genuinely accurate (I checked the blood pressure against a cuff). You don't need 200 features to have a great smartwatch; you need it to work reliably, look good, and actually works.

Ordered the BOGO raptor Pro and Bravo XL. Received in 5 days - items and gifts received as described! So happy for order! Been two weeks and watches are awesome!! I wear the Raptor XL and my wife wears the Bravo XL!! Love the functions! Awesome for tracking steps and music control. Great to review calls and texts. Will Be ordering the commander in a couple Months! Alpha gear USA is Awesome!!

Ordered the Bravo XL 2 as well as the metal watch band. Pretty slick attachment system Alpha has designed for these watches. Simple design...easy off/on process. The supplied band tool made quick work on sizing the band. This watch simply "Destroys" my Samsung Galaxy...Quick easy set up. Activating the light on the watch sent our Families cat scrambling for cover to avoid bursting into flames...My Left arm can now magically lift items not normally possible by mere humans. Dial Face selection will be your toughest decision other than signing a Marriage certificate! So many choices....In full sunlight conditions. This watch will still be readable. Navigating is simple, easy and intuitive. The Battery life is simply ridiculous...I have yet to get this watch below 80%. Hint: Disconnect audio via the app if you watch porn or play games via your mobile device....I know a guy who recommended this....I fully intend to place another order for an Alpha Gear timepiece. I must even out my superhuman strength on my right side. Overall 5 Stars! Highly recommend. This is the watch I have been looking for in all my outdoor activities.

Very large smartwatch, lots of displays to choose from. I opted for the band upgrade, very easy to change, nice touch with the link adjustment tool included. Cool features, namely the flashlight, always on my wrist, very handy, no pun intended!

I depend on my smartwatch every day, and this one performs extremely well. This is my third AlphaGear watch, and I was already impressed by the Echo for its mix of toughness and looks, but the Echo 2 really surprised me. Big screen, durable, stylish, not as bulky as the others I own… honestly one of the best watches I’ve bought in this price range. Amazing design.
The watch boasts amazing hardware. Though composed of rubber and plastic, the watch is comfortable and light-weight. Bright watch face, decent touch-sensitive screen. I enjoy working in my field. Three months with it and fantastic. Using this watch, a truck driver never runs low in battery life.

My watch showed up in about 10 days. USPS delayed it a bit because of a hurricane or something similar, but customer support stayed on top of it and kept me updated until it arrived. I really like the design—been wearing it for a month and no complaints so far. It may not be the absolute best watch I own, but for the price and the service, it’s honestly a solid choice. Plus, it comes with an extra band, which is a nice bonus.

I have brought three Alpha Gear watches, The Delta, Bravo XL, and the Commader, to say I am totally satistfied is an understatement. I am impressed with the battery life of each watch, all the functions that are compatible to Apple watch which cost way less, durability is great as I am very active with working around track and field, and most importantly reliable. I have been asked by a number of my friends about the watches I have bene and they were very impressed. I recommend anyone looking for a smart watch that cost twice as less as the Apple watch. I am a fan of Alpha Gear and I am looking for what else that will be put out there in the near future.

I have purchased the Alpha, Delta, The Raptor Pro, and the Raptor. The Raptor I gave to my daughter who loves it. The other three serve various functions with my life style. If you want a smart watch and a great price, give Alphagear a try.
I’m shocked that after 7 days of use, the battery is still at 50%, and it didn’t even arrive fully charged. Easily one of the best watches I’ve purchased for the price. It includes an extra band—both black but different styles. So far, it’s performing great. You can take calls and even reply to messages using the built-in voice assistant. Definitely recommend it.
At first I was wondering if they were good quality, I ordered the delta, it was delivered fast without any issues the quality of the watch is very impressive all the features left me very pleased. This watch has matched every expectation I had. Even after dealing with grinding, welding sparks, hot and cold water, and getting hit by rocks, steel, and other debris at work, it keeps running without a scratch. It’s been through more than most watches ever will and still works flawlessly. Definitely recommend it if you need something that won’t get damaged easily.

I bought the Echo PRO last year, and now I added the Echo to my collection! AlphaGear has proven to be better than several big-name brands I’ve tried. Don’t get me wrong—my Garmin is great, but it cost me over $500. These guys offer awesome designs for under $100, and every model I’ve tried has been dependable. I use mine daily and rarely take it off. The wrist-calling feature has been super helpful when I go jogging with GPS. After several weeks using it, I can say it’s a great product. Well done!
